FAQ
Do you book destination weddings?
Yes. There is a travel fee for any wedding booked 40 miles from the coordinators location. If the wedding is out of state, there will be a fee for lodging / travel.
Will there be an assistant with you?
Any wedding with a guest count of 50 or greater will require an assistant. An assistant is included in the Partial Planning package and the Full Service Planning package.
Can I extend the amount of time we have you on the day of?
Each package comes with 10 hours of coordination. If additional hours are needed, they can be added on for an additional $100 an hour.
Will you pick up items on the day of the event if the bride and groom can not bring them to the venue?
This requires an additional fee.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes. For any venue that requires liability insurance, it will be purchased and available for the day of.
